Opinions about Young Vocalists Contest
Dear friends, one month ago the XI Olga Sosnovskaya International Young Vocalists Contest came to the end with success. The Contest is the event of great importance covering tens of young vocalists not only from all Russia, but also from the near abroad countries. In 2012 there was record quantity of applications - 101! It should be said that both participants and teachers and accompanying persons noted very high level of organization of the Contest, while the Contest itself received a lot of enthusiastic opinions.
These are the letters we received:
- Dear organizers! We took part in remarkable contest for Olga Sosnovskaya prize with great pleasure. High level of organization, well thought schedule, reasonable prices for stay in Syktyvkar - all these, undoubtedly, was reflected in successful performances of young contestants. Special gratitude to Lyudmila A.Paleva, concertmaster of the contest! During these days we not only creatively worked, but also became friends. Certainly, it would be desirable, that next time there was organized television room for children, while all was remarkable! This contest, really, is a fine creative laboratory for further development of vocal abilities of children!

- We would like to express gratitude for the highest level of the contest! All deserves appreciation: from Opening (wonderful concert of jury members) to Closing Ceremony with Gala concert of winners. We thank Olga Aleksandrovna for her inexhaustible optimism, love and kindness to all participants, jury - for justice and competence, organizing committee - for accurate organization and attentiveness! Thanks for the real holiday of vocal art!

- Board of Byul-Byul Secondary Special Musical School thanks Olga A.Sosnovskaya for the appreciation to our schoolgirl Marzia Guseinova at the International Young Vocalists Contest. We sincerely hope for further creative contacts and joint projects as the director of our school – T.Geokchaev, People’s Artist of Azerbaijan, is art director and conductor of Kara Karaev Azerbaijan State Chamber orchestra. Once again we express gratitude for the invaluable contribution to development of musical culture.
