The organizers of the festival are the Ministry of Culture of the Komi Republic, the College of Arts of the Komi Republic,  “Oktyabr” Center of Leisure and Cinema, the Komi Republican Philharmonic Society.

The festival is held since 1993. The first festival took place within the frames of the 3rd Children's Musical Festival where mainly children's and youth collectives from Vorkuta, Pechora, Ukhta participated.

At last three festivals (2004, 2007, 2010) students of Variety Department of the College of Arts of the Komi Republic, opened in 2001, began to participate.

This, VIII-th festival, is devoted to the 90-th anniversary of domestic jazz.

18.00 – Opening Ceremony of the Festival. Evening of small groups.

December 7 - Komi Republican Philharmonic Society (61, Lenin st.)

15.00 - 17.00 - Sound-check for special guests of the festival.

18.00 - Concert of special guests of the festival.
