More than 350 teachers and heads of educational institutions, representatives of municipal bodies of education administration took part in the forum. 2012 is declared the Year of Youth in the republic and consequently young teachers actively participated in the work of the forum.

At the end of the first day of the forum there was a round table «The role of young teacher in development of the system of education of the Komi Republic». In the second day there was the ceremony of awarding the winners and a concert with Olga Sosnovskaya and Vladimir Yurkovsky participation. The performance of the soloists of the Opera and Ballet Theatre was a success. Olga Sosnovskaya was given a bouquet of flowers by the Minister of Education of the Komi Republic Vladimir Sharkov.
